Shipping policy
1. Which countries do you offer shipping services to?
We support sales in most countries, please contact us to obtain the shipping and tariff policies before placing an order.
2. How much is the shipping cost?
Depending on your country and region, we may charge some shipping fees according to the shipping conditions at the time, and the amount of shipping fees depends on the shipping method you choose.For products that include shipping costs we will have a reminder on the product page. Other products do not include shipping.
3. What is your shipping method?
We support sea and air transportation.
Large items will be shipped via logistics, such as: bumpers, fenders, etc. Ocean freight is used by default.
Some small items will be shipped quickly via FedEx, UPS and DHL, e.g.: chassis reinforcements, power lift accessories, etc. Air freight is the default shipping method.
Which shipping method to use depends on the size and weight of the item, but more importantly, we need to communicate with the customer to find a mutually agreeable shipping solution.
4. How long is the shipping time?
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: 1-3 business days
Shipping time: 10-20 business days for air shipping to most countries, 35-45 business days for shipping
If the order is placed on a weekend or statutory holiday, the order will be shipped within the next business day. After the items are arranged, the tracking number will be provided.
Please note that these delivery times may be affected by natural conditions such as holidays and weather, or may be delayed by the customs authorities in your country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. If the information is incorrect and/or missing, we may need to contact you to update the shipping information, which may cause a delay in the shipment of your order. Customs clearance may also cause delays (if the package is shipped from our overseas warehouse).
Your local customs may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Once your order arrives in the destination country, it may be delivered to you by the local post office or local courier.
If the package is returned due to incorrect address, incomplete address or out of stock, we will not arrange for re-delivery.
5. How do I track my order?
Most orders can be tracked on the official website of the logistics company. You can always track your order on our website using your order number.
6. What about taxes?
After customers in most countries and regions place an order, the quotation we give is DDP, which includes customs duties. However, there are individual countries that may need to contact us to get our accurate quotation.
Note: During public holidays, shipping time may be affected due to manufacturers and couriers restricting operations. Although this is unfortunately beyond our control, we will do our best to improve this issue.
